| the chacko's family: Chacko's Bakery began as a catering company in our home in 1998. We quickly gained a following with our lunch boxes and had to move to our current location. Chacko's Bakery and Catering opened in May 2000, named after our son. Elizabeth, our daughter, has our corner store and breads named after her. After 10 years at 6001 Johnson Drive, we are moving just 8 doors down to 6009A Johnson Drive on July 27, 2010. The new location will be called Chacko's Eatery.
